The Tennessee Lobbyists Association (TLA) is a group of over 270 registered lobbyists who take pride in their profession. We advocate for fair and equitable laws and regulations in order to protect our clients’ right to petition their elected officials. The membership of the TLA is diverse, reflecting a wide array of business and public interests. In addition, TLA members represent years of collected knowledge and experience in Tennessee state government circles. Participation in TLA offers the perfect networking opportunity for Tennessee lobbyists. TLA members also enjoy these benefits:
- TLA conducts annual retreats for its members to gain the latest information on upcoming legislative issues;
- TLA sponsors a breakfast series featuring political speakers and other major players in state government;
- TLA publishes a pictorial directory of its membership;
- TLA supports two scholarship programs through The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.
